WAV LEASE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Grant of License

This license grants the purchaser a non■exclusive commercial WAV license to create one (1) song using the Beat.

Rights Granted

The purchaser may distribute the song commercially, upload the song to streaming platforms, create music videos, and perform the song live.

Usage Limits

This license includes up to 500,000 audio streams, up to 250,000 video views, two (2) music videos, and up to twenty■five (25) live performances.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Beat remain the sole property of Bay7 Sounds.

Credit

Where reasonably possible the purchaser agrees to credit the producer as: Produced by Bay7 Sounds or Bay7 Studio.

Restrictions

The Beat may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone instrumental or included in producer kits or libraries.

Content ID

The purchaser may not register the Beat alone in YouTube Content ID or similar systems.

Termination

Violation of the terms of this agreement may result in termination of the license.

Acceptance

By purchasing or using the Beat the purchaser agrees to all terms of this license agreement.
