Welcome to Bay7 Sounds. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website, digital products, online audio tools, Bay7 Editor Pro, subscriptions, cloud services and related creative services.

By accessing Bay7 Sounds, creating an account, purchasing a product, using Bay7 Editor Pro or using any of our online tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Bay7 Sounds

Bay7 Sounds provides digital music products, creative resources and online audio tools, including beats, sound kits, samples, presets, producer tools, mastering tools, vocal processing tools and Bay7 Editor Pro.

2. Bay7 Editor Pro

Bay7 Editor Pro is an online audio editing and production platform that may include features such as cloud projects, online mastering, vocal remover, audio analysis, collaboration tools, AI-assisted features and other creative tools.

Bay7 Editor Pro is provided as a digital online service. Features may be updated, modified, improved, limited or removed at any time in order to improve the platform, maintain security or ensure service stability.

3. Account Registration

Some features require a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful, authorized and creative purposes.

4. Subscriptions

Bay7 Editor Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscription payments are processed through Shopify or other authorized payment providers.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing cycle, such as monthly or yearly billing. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Subscription prices, billing cycles, included features and limits are displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Billing Support page or by contacting us using the email address associated with your account.

After cancellation, access to paid features may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.

6. Credits and Monthly Limits

Some Bay7 Editor Pro features use monthly credits or usage limits. These may include mastering credits, vocal remover minutes, cloud storage limits, project limits or other usage-based features.

Free accounts may include limited monthly credits. Paid plans may include higher limits. The exact limits are shown in the account panel, product page or subscription page.

Credits normally renew monthly according to the account billing or reset cycle. Unused credits do not automatically carry over to the next period unless explicitly stated.

A completed mastering process may consume one mastering credit. Vocal remover usage may consume minutes based on the duration of the processed audio, rounded according to the platform logic.

7. Extra Storage

Bay7 Sounds may offer additional cloud storage as an add-on purchase. Extra storage increases the cloud storage available to the account but does not necessarily change the subscription plan, credit limits or other features unless clearly stated.

8. Digital Products

Most products sold on Bay7 Sounds are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped unless explicitly stated.

Digital products may include beats, loops, samples, sound kits, presets, templates, audio files, project files or other downloadable creative resources.

9. Licenses and Usage Rights

Purchasing a beat, sound kit, sample pack or digital product does not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated in writing. Usage depends on the specific license provided with the product.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, repackage or claim ownership of Bay7 Sounds products unless the applicable license explicitly allows it.

10. Beats and Custom Music

Any rights granted for beats, instrumentals, custom music or music production services are subject to the applicable license terms, written agreement or invoice conditions.

11. Audio Kits, Samples and Downloadable Files

Sound kits, presets, loops, samples and similar products are sold for creative use according to the applicable license. Redistribution as standalone products is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.

12. User Content and Uploaded Files

You retain ownership of the audio files, projects and other content you upload to Bay7 Editor Pro. By uploading files, you grant Bay7 Sounds the limited technical permission needed to store, process, analyze, render, export and display those files as required to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload, process and use any audio, music, vocals, samples, stems or other content on the platform.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive or unauthorized content.

13. Cloud Projects and Collaboration

Bay7 Editor Pro may allow users to save projects in the cloud and collaborate with other users. You are responsible for the people you invite to your projects and for managing their access.

We are not responsible for changes, edits, deletions or exports performed by users who have been granted access to a shared project.

14. Online Audio Tools

Bay7 Sounds may offer tools such as mastering, vocal remover, BPM finder, key finder, analyzers, restoration tools, AI-assisted tools or educational resources.

These tools are provided for creative and technical support purposes. Results may vary depending on the quality, format and characteristics of the uploaded audio.

We do not guarantee that any tool will produce a perfect, professional or commercially suitable result in every case.

15. AI-Assisted Features

Some features may use automated or AI-assisted processing to analyze, organize, enhance or process audio and project data. These features are intended to assist the creative workflow and should not be considered a replacement for professional judgment.

AI-assisted results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for certain use cases. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing, distributing or using it.

16. Payments

Payments must be completed successfully before access to paid digital products, subscriptions, credits, add-ons or services can be provided.

Payment processing may be handled by Shopify, Stripe, PayPal or other authorized payment providers. Bay7 Sounds does not directly store full payment card details.

17. Refunds

Because digital products, downloads, subscriptions and online services can be accessed or used immediately, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, technical error or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Used credits, completed processing jobs, downloaded products and active subscription periods are generally not refundable.

18. Pricing and Availability

Prices, product descriptions, subscription features, included credits, storage limits and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit any product, service, tool or feature at our discretion.

19. Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, text, graphics, previews, audio, visual assets, software interfaces, tools, designs and downloadable materials, is owned by Bay7 Sounds, Bay Music or licensed to Bay7 Sounds unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of the website, platform, tools or content without written permission.

20. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website, products or tools for unlawful purposes
• Upload content that violates copyright, privacy or third-party rights
• Redistribute paid or free products in violation of their license
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, projects or systems
• Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform
• Use automated tools to exploit credits, storage, accounts or subscriptions
• Share your account access in a way that bypasses subscription limits
• Use the services in a way that could harm Bay7 Sounds or other users

21. Service Availability

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the website, Bay7 Editor Pro, cloud projects, audio tools or downloads will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, third-party services, internet problems or unexpected technical errors.

22. Data Loss and Backups

We use reasonable care to protect cloud data, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important audio files, projects, exports and creative work.

Bay7 Sounds is not responsible for loss of data, project corruption, accidental deletion, failed uploads, failed exports or files lost due to user error, technical issues or third-party service interruptions.

23. Third-Party Services

This website and Bay7 Editor Pro may use or link to third-party platforms, including payment providers, hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, analytics services, email services or social media platforms.

Bay7 Sounds is not responsible for third-party content, policies, outages, errors or practices.

24. No Warranty

This website, Bay7 Editor Pro, its tools and its products are provided “as is” and “as available”. Bay7 Sounds does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully compatible service with every device, browser, DAW, plugin version, workflow or platform.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bay7 Sounds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, commercial or reputational damages arising from the use of the website, tools, subscriptions, products or services.

26. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account, subscription, project or service if we believe that the user has violated these Terms, abused the platform, attempted fraud, uploaded unlawful content or caused harm to Bay7 Sounds or other users.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

28. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
