Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy explains how orders, digital products, subscriptions, online services and Bay7 Editor Pro purchases are delivered by Bay7 Sounds.
1. Digital Products and Online Services
Bay7 Sounds primarily sells digital products and online services, including beats, sound kits, samples, presets, audio tools, Bay7 Editor Pro subscriptions, extra storage and other downloadable or cloud-based creative resources.
These products are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is required unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
2. No Physical Shipping
For digital products, subscriptions, online tools and Bay7 Editor Pro purchases, no physical items are shipped and no shipping fees should apply.
Access may be provided through download links, account activation, email delivery, Shopify digital delivery, cloud access or activation inside Bay7 Editor Pro.
3. Delivery Time
Most digital products and online purchases are delivered or activated shortly after successful payment.
In some cases, activation may take additional time due to payment verification, account matching, technical checks, system delays or third-party service delays.
4. Downloadable Products
Downloadable products such as beats, sound kits, samples, presets and audio files may be delivered through a download link on the checkout page and/or by email.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. If you do not receive your download link or cannot access your product, contact us with your order number and purchase email.
5. Bay7 Editor Pro Access
Bay7 Editor Pro subscriptions are activated digitally after successful payment and account verification. Access is connected to the email address used for the Bay7 account and/or the Shopify order.
If your subscription, credits or Pro access are not activated correctly, please contact us using the same email address used for your purchase.
6. Credits and Usage Limits
Monthly credits and usage limits, such as mastering credits, Vocal Remover minutes, cloud project limits or storage limits, are delivered digitally inside your Bay7 account.
Credits and limits may appear in your account panel after successful activation. If they do not appear correctly, contact us with your order number and account email.
7. Extra Storage
Extra storage purchases are digital add-ons. Once payment is completed and the order is processed, the additional storage is applied to the connected Bay7 account.
Extra storage does not require physical delivery and does not automatically change the subscription plan, monthly credits or other plan features unless clearly stated.
8. Incorrect Email or Account
If you used the wrong email address at checkout or your purchase was not connected to the correct Bay7 account, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for proof of purchase before manually correcting the account access.
9. Physical Products
Bay7 Sounds does not currently focus on physical product shipping. If a physical product is ever offered, shipping costs, delivery times, carriers and destination restrictions will be displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.
10. Delivery Issues
If a digital product, subscription, add-on or online service is not delivered or activated correctly, please contact us and include your order number, account email and a clear description of the issue.
