BAY7 SOUNDS
MP3 LEASE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Grant of License

This license grants the purchaser a non■exclusive right to use the Beat to create one (1) new song.

Rights Granted

The purchaser may record vocals over the Beat, distribute the song on streaming platforms, upload the song to social media platforms, perform the song live, and monetize the song within the limits of this license.

Usage Limits

This license includes up to 200,000 audio streams, up to 100,000 video views, one (1) music video, and up to ten (10) live performances.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Beat remain the sole property of Bay7 Sounds. Purchasing this license does not transfer ownership of the Beat. The purchaser receives only the usage rights described in this agreement.

Credit

Where reasonably possible the purchaser agrees to credit the producer as: Produced by Bay7 Sounds or Bay7 Studio.

Restrictions

The Beat may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or transferred as a standalone instrumental. The Beat may not be included in sound libraries, sample packs, producer kits, or similar products.

Content ID

The purchaser may not register the Beat itself in YouTube Content ID or similar automated copyright claim systems in a way that interferes with the rights of Bay7 Sounds or other license holders.

Termination

If the purchaser violates the terms of this agreement the license may be terminated and the purchaser must cease use of the Beat.

Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Beat the purchaser agrees to all terms contained in this license agreement.
