BAY7 SOUNDS EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Grant of License

This license grants the purchaser exclusive commercial rights to use the Beat for one (1) song.

Exclusive Terms

After the exclusive license purchase the Beat will be removed from public sale. Any previously issued non■exclusive licenses remain valid.

Restrictions

The purchaser may not resell the Beat as a standalone instrumental or include it in sample packs or sound libraries.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Beat remain the sole property of Bay7 Sounds.

Credit

Where reasonably possible the purchaser agrees to credit the producer as: Produced by Bay7 Sounds or Bay7 Studio.

Content ID

The Beat itself may not be registered in automated copyright systems in a way that interferes with the rights of Bay7 Sounds or other license holders.

Termination

Violation of this agreement may result in termination of the license.

Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Beat the purchaser agrees to all terms contained in this license agreement.
